✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work from an accredited program
✔️ Active Ohio LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS license

✔️ Knowledge of behavioral health assessments and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency
✔️ Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and teamwork

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
✔️ Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
✔️ Develop and implement treatment plans
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical documentation
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the multi-specialty group
✔️ Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
