About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive mental health services during full-time Monday through Friday day shifts, treating patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The clinician will conduct therapeutic assessments, deliver individual and group therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention services while maintaining a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day. Primary responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals, and ensuring thorough documentation of all therapeutic interactions. Candidates must maintain an active Wyoming license and demonstrate competency in providing therapeutic services across diverse patient populations within the hospital environment.
