The clinician will work full-time day shifts managing cases involving mood disorders, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders with co-occurring conditions, and serious mental illness while addressing adjustment issues related to incarceration. Primary duties include providing short-term therapeutic interventions for individuals at risk for suicide or self-harm, conducting 20-30 minute initial evaluations and 10-20 minute follow-up sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The position requires collaboration with correctional staff and nursing personnel to ensure coordinated care delivery within the secure correctional environment.
