Job Overview

24/7 Digital Counseling and Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW) licensed in Ohio to join our fully remote clinical team. In this role, you will provide virtual mental health counseling, assessments, and ongoing therapeutic support to individuals and families across Ohio.

This is a full-time remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who are passionate about expanding access to mental health services and working in a collaborative telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling via telehealth platforms
Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing therapeutic support
Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and other appropriate modalities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Ohio regulations
Collaborate with clinical supervisors, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical discussions as required
Educate clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and available resources

Qualifications
Active Ohio License (LPC or LSW) – Required
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred)
Ability to manage a full-time caseload
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
Bilingual (Spanish or Polish) is a plus but not required
