About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will deliver comprehensive mental health services across inpatient and outpatient settings during full-time Monday through Friday shifts, managing a daily caseload of 8 patients of all ages. The clinician will conduct therapeutic assessments, provide individual therapy sessions, and deliver crisis intervention services while developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health professionals. Primary duties include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in team meetings and case consultations, and ensuring quality therapeutic outcomes for patients requiring ongoing mental health support. The position requires an active Wyoming LPC license and no call coverage responsibilities.
