Job description

Shift times- Clinic opens 7:15am – 5pm; provider can choose start times if they want to begin the day at 8 or 9am and work 8 hours. No call required.

Dates- January 2025 – ongoing until a perm provider is found. Full-time 4 weeks per month is preferred but will accept a minimum of 2 weeks per month. Locum can work 4 days per week if they do not want to work 5 days per week. Current locum has been there for a year and will be leaving to open up his own practice.

Census- Roughly 18-22 ppd; however, opportunity is there to see more patients if provider is interested
