Locations: Hollister, Santa Fe Springs, Santa Maria & Soledad, CA
Start Date: ASAP (Mid-June Preferred)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule

* Monday – Friday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* 8-hour shifts with 1-hour unpaid lunch

Requirements

* Will consider providers with backgrounds in:

* Internal Medicine
* Family Medicine
* Emergency Medicine
* PM&R
* Occupational Medicine
* Minimum 2–3 years of Occupational Medicine experience required

Position Overview

Provider will spend 100% of their time delivering direct patient care within the center while serving as the Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for work-related injuries. The role focuses on driving positive clinical outcomes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities Include

* Managing occupational injury cases and coordinating care with therapists and specialists
* Ensuring timely case progression and closure
* Communicating clinical updates and injury status to employers
* Supporting clinical quality improvement initiatives and workflow efficiencies
* Maintaining accurate documentation, coding, and charge capture
* Participating in team meetings focused on patient safety, quality, and case management
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and payers
* Supporting clinic operations, staff development, and collaborative team culture
* Promoting patient-centered care, professionalism, and operational excellence
