Job description

Location: Okeechobee, FL

Assignment Details:
Start Date: 4/7/26 – ASAP
End Date: Ongoing

Practice Setting:
Inpatient Emergency Department
14-bed ED, including 3 fast-track beds and 2 dedicated trauma rooms
24 hours of APP coverage and 24 hours of physician coverage

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Active Florida medical license required
Will consider Board-Certified Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM) physicians with a minimum of 24 months of current Emergency Medicine experience
Required certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS

Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: 90 days
