Job description

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine MD or DO from an accredited medical school MD/DO
- Merit Badge Requirements BE in EM - ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required BC in EM
- must maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS and show proof of having ATLS at least once MD/DO
33,000 annual ED visits
38 hours/day MD/DO coverage 18 hours/day NP/PA coverage
Mix of days, nights, and weekends available
- Education/Training Requirements Completed EM residency MD/DO
- License Requirements Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 MD/DO
- Board Cert+N2ification Requirements Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine through ABMS/AOA MD/DO
- Immunization Requirements Flu (within current flu season |TB (past 12 months) or Chest X-Ray with positive TB Vaccinations, COVID MD/DO
- Case Log Requirements Documentation of case logs for past 2 years. MD/DO
- CME/CEU Requirements Completed CME Attestation Form during application process MD/DO
- Facility Procedure Requirements Moderate Sedation MD/DO
