Schedule
- Morning, Mid and Nights - all 10s
- Minimum of 5 shifts per month

Level 3 Trauma Center

Credentialing Timeframe
- 60 days (temps may be available for a sooner start)

Kentucky license preferred but will consider candidates with IMLC

Must be ABEM Certified
