Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Residency Trained Physician to join our high-volume Emergency Department. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a supportive subspecialty backup system.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves):
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following actively in hand at the time of presentation:
• Active State Medical License (Louisiana)
• Active LA DEA Certificate
• Active LA CS (Controlled Substance) Certificate
• Active Board Certification (BC) – Emergency Medicine Only
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA Emergency Medicine Residency

Facility & Volume Details:
Metric & Detail:
• Annual ED Volume: ~27,400
• Average Patients/Day: ~75
• EMR System: EPIC
• Subspecialty Support: Most on-site (except neurosurgery & hand surgery)

• 3 months with possible extension
• No call
• Emergency Medicine
