Job description

• Looking for around 2-3 locum providers to cover both day and night shifts
• 12 hr = 9a – 9p
• Night shift = 11p – 6a (most needed)
• Providers must be licensed in OR
• be BC or truly BE within 5 years of residency

• Ongoing coverage
• Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• 90 days credentialing time frame
• ABLS: No
• What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in OR only
• ACLS: No
• ATLS: Yes
• BLS: No
• PALS: No
• Other: No
• Are temporary privileges available?: No
• Patients Per Shift: 16
• Level 3 trauma center
• • Annual Volume is 37,000 for the whole department.
