Home Health Physician – Pennsylvania (Multiple Locations)

Start: ASAP (as credentialed)
Contract: Flexible
Schedule: Flexible - Nights, evenings and weekends available

Setting: Home Health

Work Details:

6–9 visits per day
In-home health evaluations (no prescribing, labs, or treatment changes)
Pre-populated documentation provided
Focus on Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial patients

Travel:

Airfare, hotel, rental car (eligible cases)
$40/day gas stipend

Requirements:

Board Certified
Active state license
State DEA

Credentialing: 1–3 weeks

Coverage Areas Include:
Allentown, Altoona, Bradford, Erie, Harrisburg, Johnstown, Lancaster, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Scranton, State College, Sunbury, Williamsport regions
