Assignment Length: Through December 11, 2026 with ongoing extension opportunities into 2027

Overview

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Endocrinologist for a flexible outpatient assignment in Southern Illinois. Providers will work two weeks per month with no call while joining a well-supported endocrinology practice. The client anticipates ongoing needs into 2027 and is interested in providers seeking long-term coverage.

8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One-hour unpaid lunch
Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM

Approximately 12–15 patients per day

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified Internal Medicine
Endocrinology Fellowship
Active Illinois medical license
DEA
CSR
BLS
One year of experience preferred
Credentialing
Approximately 60 days
Temporary privileges available within a few weeks for providers with a clean background
