Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
Coverage: 2 weeks per month

🏥 Practice Setting
Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic
EMR: Epic
🩺 Work Details
Patient Volume: 12–15 patients/day
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric

Support Staff:
RN
Diabetes educator
Dietitian
1 APP

Responsibilities Include:
Managing endocrine conditions including:
Thyroid disorders (hyper/hypo, Graves, nodules)
Pituitary disorders
Diabetes management
Performing FNA (fine needle aspiration)
Working as solo physician with APP support
✅ Requirements
Provider Type: MD/DO
Board Certification: Internal Medicine required
Fellowship: Endocrinology required
License: Active state license required (no time to license)
Certifications: BLS
DEA & CSR: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
⏱️ Credentialing
Standard: ~60 days
Temporary privileges possible in a few weeks with clean background

Ongoing need into 2027 – long-term availability preferred

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
