Job description

Position Highlights:
•Start and End Date: 8/31/26 – 12/11 with option to extend
• Schedule: 8/31-9/4, 9/8-9/11, 9/28-10/2, 10/5-10/9, 10/26-10/30, 11/2-11/6, 11/30-12/4, 12/7-12/11
•Schedule Details: Monday – Friday 8a-5p with an hour unpaid lunch. Last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.

Work Details:
•Support staff: RN, diabetes educator, dietitian, 1 APP
•Department Description: Endocrinology/outpatient clinic
•Patient Volume: 12-15
•Patient Age Group: adult and geriatric
•EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
•Special Procedures/Unit Details: common conditions managed are hyper/hypo thyroid, graves/ disease, thyroid nodules, pituitary issues, and diabetes. Can do FNA.

Requirements:
•Provider type: MD/DO
•Board Certifications Req’d: BC Internal Medicine
•Fellowship Req’d: Endocrinology required
•State License(s) Req’d: Yes
•Certifications Req’d: BLS
•Specific Skills Req’d: Common conditions managed are hyper/hypo thyroid, graves/ disease, thyroid nodules, pituitary issues, diabetes. Can do FNA. Solo physician with one APP.
•Any additional requirements/details to screen for: Screen for 2027 availability. They have ongoing needs and will book out further!

•Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days
