Job description

Coverage Type: Part-Time (24 hours/week)

Schedule

3 days per week

8:00am–5:00pm with 1-hour lunch

Consistent weekday coverage

Practice Setting

Outpatient department with some inpatient responsibilities

Busy endocrinology practice with a strong focus on diabetes management

Collaborative model with Advanced Practice Providers

License Required: Ohio license or IMLC LOQ
