New Gastro locum need for Petoskey, MI-$400 Hr-Outpatient-MI license or IMLC-ASAP start

McLaren Northern is looking for a GI provider ASAP. Open dates listed below:
Schedule is Monday- Friday 7a-4:30p

ERCP is REQUIRED
Clinic setting: Hospital
18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am – 4:30pm
Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
Onsite lab
Onsite XRay 
EMR: Cerner

Rates to submit:
Hourly rate - $400 Hr. 
Orientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modules
Holidays - 1.5x

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use DocTime to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used. 


Submission Requirements
All must be notated at time of name clear

Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
ACLS - [REQUIRED]
Active MI license & CSR at time of submission - [REQUIRED] no exceptions


IMLC - dates of availability/need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) - [REQUIRED]

All MD should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- [REQUIRED] no exceptions 
COVID Vaccine - [REQUIRED]
DEA - Verbal Confirmation [REQUIRED] at Name Clear
ERCP is [REQUIRED]
