Locum Tenens Gastroenterology Opportunities – Petoskey , Michigan

Position Overview
Seeking a Board Certified Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage in Michigan.
The role includes a mix of endoscopy procedures, inpatient consults, and call coverage in a hospital-based practice with strong clinical support.

Locum Gastroenterology Opportunity – Petoskey, MI
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call: 24-hour weekend call (Saturday & Sunday only) – No weekday night call
• Setting: Hospital-based practice

Practice Details:
• Endoscopy coverage and GI consults during scheduled hours
• Average volume: ~18 outpatient / 20 inpatient scopes per day
• Support team includes physicians and APPs
• Onsite lab and imaging available
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Board Certified Gastroenterology
• Active Michigan license and CSR
• ACLS certification
• ERCP required
• Fellowship trained with 2–3 years of experience preferred

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call: 24-hour weekend call (Saturday & Sunday only) – No weekday night call
• Setting: Hospital-based practice
