Contract Length: Ongoing – 1–2 weeks per month

Schedule:
Monday 7a–Monday 7a | 7a–3p + Night Beeper Call (Mon–Fri) + 24-hr Weekend Beeper Call

Clinical Details

Setting: Level I Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Epic
Hospital Size: 434 beds

Services Required (Condensed):
Comprehensive GI care including advanced endoscopy. Must be proficient in:

ERCP (150 cases in past 2 years required)

GI stent placement

Upper/lower endoscopy (diagnostic & therapeutic), biopsies, dilation

Hemostasis, enteral access, PEG placement

Colonoscopy with polypectomy (100–150 documented cases)

Procedures & Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum inpatient GI coverage

Perform advanced GI endoscopic interventions

Manage emergency and routine GI consults

Complete histories, physical exams, and documentation
