Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Gastroenterology physician for locum tenens coverage at a Level 1, 434-bed hospital. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with multiple week-long coverage blocks available throughout 2026. Full-time coverage is preferred, but physicians able to commit to a minimum of 7 consecutive days per month will be considered.

Schedule & Coverage Blocks

Available coverage dates include:

May 3 (4pm) – May 11 (7am)

May 11 (7am) – May 18 (7am)

May 24 (4pm) – June 1 (7am)

June 15 (7am) – June 22 (7am)

June 22 (7am) – June 29 (7am)

July 13 (7am) – July 20 (7am)

July 26 (4pm) – August 3 (7am)

September 7 (7am) – September 14 (7am)

September 14 (7am) – September 21 (7am)

December 21 (7am) – December 28 (7am)

Shift Details

Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Night beeper call: Monday–Friday

24-hour beeper call on weekends

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Ability to provide a minimum of 7 consecutive days of coverage per month
