About the clinician's workday

The gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive 24-hour inpatient call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM managing 15 patients with 4 procedures and 2-4 add-on procedures daily. The clinician will perform GI consults exclusively for adult patients at a Level I Trauma Center with support from 3 MD colleagues and comprehensive documentation in EPIC EMR system. Board certification in gastroenterology is required for this assignment involving Monday through Monday coverage periods.
