Gastroenterologist - ERCP & EUS | Clinic, Endoscopy & Call | Morgantown, WV | 26 Weeks

Job description

Start: October 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 26 weeks / 6 months
Coverage: Scheduled clinic and endoscopy plus call
Schedule: 2-3 weeks per month; the client will consider splitting coverage across multiple providers
Call: Required - coverage details finalized during interview
Volume: Endoscopy center 12-20 procedures per day; clinic typically 10-12 patients per day on 40-minute new / 20-minute established templates
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital, 189 beds, Level IV trauma center - plus outpatient clinic and endoscopy center
Procedures: All general and advanced GI procedures - endoscopy required, along with ERCP and EUS
Population: Adults

Responsibilities:
- Outpatient gastroenterology evaluations, consults, and follow-up
- Perform general and advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP and EUS
- Inpatient consults and call coverage
- Documentation in Cerner

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- BLS and ACLS required
- DEA required
- West Virginia license required - IMLC candidates will be considered; client is willing to license
- Endoscopy experience required; ERCP and EUS competency needed

Credentialing:
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
