Locums Hospital Medicine APP Needed in Rochester, NH

Job description

-NO LOCALS ALLOWED (Must live 50+ miles away from the facility)
-Around 0-3 medical admissions a night, 0-3 rehab and psych consults a night. 6p-6a shifts.
-Open ICU with 5 beds. No procedures (EM docs help with procedures, tele-ICU manages drips/vents). Supervising doc available for discussions of cases by phone.
-Need a midlevel that will work 8-10 night shifts a month

-Facility size (~84 beds) and ED volume (~26,500 visits/year)
-Multiple providers per shift
-Shared patient load rather than single-coverage responsibility

-APPs handle lower-acuity cases
-Operational metrics suggest a throughput-focused but not extreme pace:
-ED length-of-stay metrics are slightly better than state averages
-Hospital is part of a community-focused, efficiency-oriented system
