Hi!

I’m reaching out about two Site Medical Director Hospitalist locum opportunities in Georgia — one in Savannah and one in Dublin. Both roles offering leadership-focused inpatient coverage in acute care hospitals.

Schedule:
• 7a–7p, 5 shifts per week
• On-call optional
• Start: June 2026
• 13-week assignment with ongoing potential

Role Overview:
• Inpatient setting
• Site Medical Director responsibilities
• Partner closely with facility leadership, including the CMO
• Assist with provider scheduling and managing open shifts
• Support performance management and conflict resolution
• Participate in recruiting/interviewing to build the full-time team
• Focus on metrics including LOS, patient satisfaction, retention, and budget standards

Requirements:
• Board Certified
• Active state license (licensing not available)
• Prior leadership experience required

Credentialing: 60–90 days
