Essential duties include assisting in performance management and conflict resolution with healthcare providers while partnering with facility leaders including the Chief Medical Officer to achieve budget targets and quality metrics. The position requires maintaining standards for length of stay optimization, patient satisfaction scores, and physician retention rates through collaborative leadership.
