Hospitalist – Massachusetts
Coverage Type: Hospital
Start: Upon credentialing
Schedule Options:

Night Shifts:
• 7p–7a
• 28 open shifts per month
• Full-time defined as 14 shifts per month

Admitter Shifts (8 hours):
• 3p–11p or 4p–12a
• ~56 open shifts per month
• Full-time defined as 14 shifts per month

October Flexibility:
Beginning October 1, client may consider 7 on / 7 off or block scheduling (hotel and mileage may be considered at that time).

Practice Details:
• Hospital setting
• Closed ICU
• No procedures required
• Nights: 6–8 admissions per shift
• Admitter shift: 4–6 admissions per shift
• Adult patient population
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified – Required
• Active Massachusetts license required (not willing to license)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Name clear required (Name + NPI)
• Interview required

Credentialing timeframe: 90+ days
Travel: Mileage or public transportation only (no hotel currently provided)
Schedule is typically finalized 90 days in advance.
