Hospitalist Admitter/Nights | Salem, MA | Multiple Open Shifts

Job description

Hospitalist locum opportunity available in Salem, Massachusetts. This is an admitter-only role with multiple open night and evening shifts available.

Schedule Options:
• Nights: 7p–7a
• Admitter shift: 3p–11p or 4p–12a
• Full-time defined as 14 shifts per month
• 2 full-time night needs + 4 full-time admitter needs
• Start: August 2026
• Assignment through approximately October 2026

Practice Details:
• Acute Care Hospital – adult patients
• Admit-only role (no rounding, no procedures)
• Closed ICU
• Nights average 6–8 admissions
• 8-hour admitter shift averages 4–6 admissions
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (with hospitalist experience)
• Active Massachusetts license (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing: Approximately 90–180 days
Interview required
