Oncology/Hematology NP Needed in Dededo, Guam (will license)

Job description

Assignment Details:

Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (unpaid lunch)
No call, nights, or weekends

Work Details:

Setting: Outpatient clinic
Patient Volume: 8–10 patients/day
30-minute follow-ups
60-minute new consults
Patient Population: Adults
Case Mix: Primarily oncology, with some benign and malignant hematology
No inpatient rounding
EMR: Allscripts (Fluency Direct for dictation)

Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to hematology/oncology patients using NCCN guidelines
Perform histories, physicals, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with oncologists
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Manage oncology-related conditions and treatment toxicities
Adjust medications and treatment plans as needed
Coordinate care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Oversee infusion clinic operations
Participate in tumor board meetings
Support guideline-driven policy development

Requirements:

Certified NP (Adult, Family, or Acute Care)
Oncology experience required for short-term assignments
Providers open to 1+ year commitments may be trained

Credentialing:

Estimated timeframe: 30–60 days
