Start Date: March 2025

Schedule: 4x10 shifts
Must be open to days and nights or nights only
No Call, No Weekends
Hospital Setting: Outpatient
EMR: EPIC

Oregon License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
