Outpatient Cancer Clinic
Dates: 12/23 - 1/10
Monday-Thursday, Friday available by phone in am to support APP
8:00a - 5:00p

Support Staff: 2 APPs, Radiation Oncologist onsite, Front office staff, and MAs
Patient Population: Adult population only
Patients per day: ~20
EMR: Allscripts

Requirements
Board Certification: Yes
License: AZ (ideally already in hand)
DEA: Yes.
Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 years
