Medical Oncologist needed for vacation coverage in 1 hr from Pittsburgh!

Job description

Location: 1 hr from Pittsburgh
Monongahela, Pennsylvania
Coverage needed: August 5th-8th 2024
Monday-Thursday 7:30a-4p
Work Details:
• Support staff: Supervisor, 1 NP, 3 oncology RNs, 1 triage nurse, 1 LPN, 2 clerical staffers and 1 infusion suite staffed by 2 RNs.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 days for vacation coverage
• Patients per day: 10 – 12
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Medical Oncology
• EMR: MedEnt (Clinic: Meditech)
• Hospital bed size: 200
• Skills required: Provider must be at Clinic during infusion(s).
Practice Setting:
• Hospital/Clinic
Requirements:
• Board Certification Required
• State license required: Yes, State of PA
• Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: Will grant emergency privileges
