Hematology Locum Need

Monday through Thursday, 8A to 5P
Friday can be available in 40 hours is needed
Provider will only see confirmed cancer patients
There are currently 63 oncology patients and 140 hematology patients. All leukemia patients are in HEM accept for ALL acute.
There is a total of 55 cancer patients that are on active treatment, 17 urology cancers (11 currently on radiation), and 39 active non-treatment patients
There are 140 patients in queue to be seen or requested follow up.
Patients seen per day: 13 per day face to face (oncology only, would see patients from 8am-12pm); 16-17 telemed from Montford hematology per day. We would probably need a provider 4 days per week ongoing until caught up. Would do 2 face to face and 2 tele clinics per week. If this is ongoing for a while, we may consider issuing a laptop for the provider to do tele clinics form home.
The provider will not see any patients that are not a confirmed cancer.
Hematology patients are seen every 3 to 6 months . Oncology are seen every 30 days.
