Location: Anchorage, AK

Assignment Length: 1 Year

Start Date: August 1, 2026
End Date: August 1, 2027

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Providers Requested: 2
Trauma Level: II
EMR: Epic

Schedule Structure

Two weeks per month in-person clinic coverage

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weeknight call during clinic weeks

24-hour weekend call coverage during clinic weeks

Two weeks per month virtual hospital call coverage

Remote (not onsite)

24-hour call coverage

Note: Candidates must be able to provide both in-person clinic coverage and virtual call coverage to ensure continuity of care.

Average 10 patients per shift

Dedicated support staff available

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

Alaska License: Temporary AK license available while full licensure is in process

Fellowship: Preferred

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Credentialing Timeline

Approximately 90 days
