Level 1 trauma
Average 60 day credentialing
Licensed in Missouri or IMLC accepted

40 hours per week Providers offboarding effective 6/30/26, no EMG provider on-site to perform procedures. Shift based work performing EMG on both admitted and outpatient patients.
