• Schedule: FT: Mon-Fri 8a-5p PT: at least 3 days/week
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Patient Volume: 14-18
• Call: None
• Support Staff: Interdisciplinary neuroscience team and established referral network
• Licensure: Active NJ License, DEA and NJ CDS
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate
• Malpractice: Provided by Consilium
