Position Description:• A blend of medical and surgical ophthalmology, fully supported by skilled technicians, and efficient scribes. • Flexibility to specialize in medical ophthalmology or develop a thriving surgical practice across cataract, glaucoma, corneal, and intraocular cases. • Clinic-based procedures: eyelid surgery, intravitreal injections, YAG laser capsulotomy/PI.• Onsite optical shop• Long-term partnership track after two years• Competitive guaranteed base salary with bonus.
