• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Mon-Wed, 8.30a-5p
• Call requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patients Volume: 14
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Evaluation of tonsil, adenoid, and otitis

Requirements:
• State License: Active OR license required
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 14 days
