Job Summary

CES, Inc. is seeking Board Certified Otolaryngologists who are licensed to practice to evaluate patients applying for benefits. The provider would ONLY be doing evaluations and NOT treating patients. There is no follow-up, no prescribing, and no on-call responsibilities. We work around your schedule. You will evaluate patients at your own clinic(s).

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate examinees referred by CES, Inc. clients, taking a targeted otolaryngological history and performing physical Sign up or sign in for contact information findings using our convenient phone dictation system (or type your own reports). Provide your professional opinion regarding the examinee's physical capabilities and work-related limitations.

• Must have your own facility/clinic
