Practice Setting: ENT clinic + surgery
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly rotation:
2 days surgery / 3 days clinic, then rotates to 3 days surgery / 2 days clinic
Avg. 16 patients/day
Seeking minimum 2 weeks (FT) coverage per month
07/20/26 – 01/31/27
Procedures: Bread and butter ENT
Licensure: HI License required
Credentialing: 60–90 days; temps may be available
