Physician - Otolaryngology

Job Details:

• Practice structured as 50% General ENT and 50% Subspecialty Focus, allowing physicians to shape their practice based on individual interests and expertise
• Candidates with training or interest in Head & Neck Oncology, Otology/Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, or Laryngology/Voice Disorders are encouraged to apply
• Typical schedule consists of approximately three clinic days and two operating room days per week, with significant physician input on schedule design
• Average clinic volume of 25 to 30 patients per day
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat both adult and pediatric ENT conditions
• Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures within the scope of Otolaryngology
• Develop and expand subspecialty service lines based on physician expertise and community need
• Collaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialty physicians to ensure coordinated patient care
• Advanced practice providers manage primary practice and hospital call responsibilities, with physicians serving in a backup-call role
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the Cerner EMR
• Support quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction efforts, and organizational goals
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology required
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for Ohio licensure required
• DEA Certification required
• Clean background and malpractice history required
