Interventional Pain Physician / Physiatrist — Block Procedure Days (Elko, NV) Part-time / fractional · No relocation · Top-of-market day rate · Partnership track

Elko Spine & Rehabilitation Institute seeks a board-certified, efficient interventional physician to run in-office block procedure days ~4–6 days/month. Built for a busy proceduralist who wants a high-value block practice without leaving their home city.

Your schedule is full before you arrive — we're the only comprehensive interventional pain/PM&R practice within ~200 miles, with an established referral base and on-site APPs keeping your blocks booked.

In-office only — spine/pain procedures, EMG/NCS, and SCS trials. No hospital call necessary.

Guaranteed daily rate (top-of-market), plus paid travel and lodging. No billing, collections, or AR risk.

Nevada has no state income tax.

You will be responsible for In-office interventional spine and pain procedures (epidural/transforaminal injections, facet/medial branch blocks, RFA, joint & peripheral injections, chemodenervation/Botox, SCS trials) and EMG/NCS — alongside APPs who manage clinic follow-up.

What we're looking for:

MD/DO, board-certified in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Pain Medicine
Demonstrated interventional pain experience — independent and efficent with image-guided procedures. Expect 20 to 30 procedures on a regular clinic day depending on clinic type.

Motivated and efficient — this role rewards a high-throughput proceduralist

EMG/NCS experience a strong plus

Active or obtainable Nevada license
