Neuromuscular Locum Physiatrist needed in Seattle, WA
Job description
Opportunity Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00a–12:00p, 1:00p–5:00p
• Adult patient population (18+)
• No call noted
• Current provider departing June 30
• Coverage needed ASAP
• ~4-month credentialing timeline for permanent hire (temporary privileges may be available to expedite)
Clinical Focus:
• Neuromuscular conditions & general rehab patients
• TBI, MS, ALS, muscular dystrophy, neuromuscular atrophy
• Spasticity-focused care
• Perform diagnostic EMG and nerve conduction studies
• Rehab-based model (no surgical component)
• No Occupational Therapy
Requirements:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
• Residency required
• Neuromuscular fellowship preferred
• EMG/neuropathy expertise required
• Active Washington state license
