Requirements:

Must be a Fully Licensed LCSW, LMFT or LPC in Georgia
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency with DSM5 Criteria
Develop treatment plans and goals based on client needs
Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling when needed
Highly motivated to network and build a strong clientele
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
Effectively uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete
Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients
Communicates significant patient developments to supervisor
Participates in Quality Improvement activities and contribute to the success of the organization
Completes all required documentation ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulations, and Medical Needs Criteria
