Job description

We are actively seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a flexible inpatient opportunity in North Central South Carolina. This is a part-time contract role with strong support and the potential for extension.

Position Details:

Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Focus: General Psychiatry & Substance Use Disorders

Schedule: 2–3 days per week

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract Length: 3–6 months to start (extension option available)

Medicaid & Medicare Credential

Clinical Support:

1 Psychiatrist

3 Mid-Level Providers

Collaborative and structured care environment


Requirements:

Active South Carolina PMHNP license

Board Certification

Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred

Experience treating substance use disorders

Comfortable working with Medicaid and Medicare populations


Compensation:
