- Comfortable & experience treating ages 5+
- Flexible on 2 days of the week
- Must have Medicare & NY Medicaid
- Outpatient setting
- Near Brooklyn, NY
- 1+ years of prescribing experience required
- Comfortable with treating IDD population
- Efficient with documentation
- Evaluations: 60 mins / Med checks: 20 mins
- On-site required
- 6 month contract with option to extend
- Malpractice insurance covered
