✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for mental health and substance use disorders
✔️ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
✔️ Provide psychopharmacological evaluation & medication management
✔️ Deliver psychotherapy and counseling across the lifespan
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
✔️ Maintain accurate and confidential EMRs
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
✔️ Educate patients and families on mental health and treatment options
✔️ Participate in case conferences, supervision, and continuing education

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
✔️ Active NP license, DEA registration, Medicaid & Medicare provider status
✔️ Minimum 2 years PMHNP experience
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish
✔️ Strong clinical, communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Residence in the tri-state area
