🧠 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity 🧠
Looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner interested in an inpatient behavioral health opportunity with a supportive, multidisciplinary team! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
✨ Position Highlights:
• 🏥 Inpatient Psychiatry with some IOP involvement
• 👥 Treating adult & geriatric patients
• 🩺 Responsibilities include rounding, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and admissions/discharges
• 🧠 Clinical presentations include bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, dementia with psychosis, and anxiety
• 📞 24-hour call with limited need to come in—generally only for an admission
• 🤝 Strong clinical support from nursing, social work, and therapeutic staff
• 💊 Medication management visits typically 15–30 minutes
• 📝 Comprehensive evaluations and admissions completed as part of the inpatient workflow
• 🌟 Collaborative behavioral health environment with experienced leadership
