🧠 Psychiatrist – Clinical Director

✨ Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatrist to serve as Clinical Director for our inpatient unit. In this leadership role, you will guide the medical direction of care while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. Administrative and operational responsibilities are managed by a dedicated hospital administrator—allowing you to focus on clinical excellence.

🕒 Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No on-call responsibilities

👥 Patient Population

Adults ages 18–90+
16-bed unit (current census: 12)
Average length of stay: 30–90 days

💼 Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of psychiatric services
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and social work teams
Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical compliance
Support and guide medical staff within the program

🎓 Qualifications

MD or DO, Psychiatry Residency completed
Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible
Prior inpatient and/or leadership experience is a plus
