Part-Time Psychiatrist – Forensic ACT Team (Pennsylvania)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist to support a Forensic ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team. This role includes a mix of field-based and office-based care, working with a justice-involved population in a highly collaborative environment.

Schedule:

Part-time: 16–20 hours per week
On-site
Flexible appointment times based on patient needs and acuity

Practice Setting:

Approximately 50% field work / 50% office-based care
Each patient is seen at least once per month
Total caseload: 65 patients

Patient Population:

Justice-involved individuals
Field visits may include correctional settings
Provider will not conduct visits alone
Accommodations can be made for provider comfort and safety

Clinical Responsibilities:

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
Administration/oversight of long-acting injectable medications (e.g., Sublocade, Vivitrol, Aristada)

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania medical license (required)
PROMISe ID (required)

Assignment Details:

Start date: Mid-May or sooner
Duration: Approximately 3 months, with option to extend
